Crave Tree supplies independent food shops rather than supermarkets. A good account is usually a farm shop, delicatessen, independent grocer, cheese counter, hamper maker or local café that buys by the case, pays plainly and wants a Shropshire preserve with traceable batches.

Payment
Pro Forma First
First orders are paid on pro forma invoice. New wholesale accounts move to 14-day terms after two paid orders.
Retail
Collection Only
Retail direct collection is available from the boiling room, with no weekend opening unless Christmas dispatch weeks have been pre-booked.
Delivery And Lead Times
From The North Side Of Shrewsbury
Local Delivery
Free delivery within 22 miles of Shrewsbury on orders over £180 ex VAT; otherwise local delivery is £12.
Trade collections are available Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, and Friday, 8:30am to 1:00pm.
Courier Cases
Courier cases can be sent across mainland England and Wales from £9.80 per 12-jar case, charged at cost. Glass travels properly packed, but nobody pretends courier jars are weightless.
Christmas hamper orders should be booked by 20 October, with final dispatch no later than 12 December.
Not Offered
Work The Boiling Room Turns Down
- No wedding favour filling, one-off party jars or tiny bespoke batches under 144 jars.
- No reduced-sugar or artificial-sweetener preserves. The set and shelf life are not right for the way these pans are cooked.
- No sale-or-return stock for shops.
- No unlabelled jars for resale unless it is an agreed own-label run with full batch traceability.
- No contact form enquiries. Trade buyers are asked to email directly.
