Weekends stay closed except for pre-booked Christmas dispatch weeks in November and early December. Trade collections should be agreed before arrival so cases are packed and labelled.

Crave Tree works from a small SALSA-audited boiling room on the north side of Shrewsbury. The full collection address is shared with confirmed trade orders rather than published for passing callers.
Free delivery within 22 miles of Shrewsbury on orders over £180 ex VAT; otherwise local delivery is £12.
Courier cases can be sent across mainland England and Wales from £9.80 per 12-jar case, charged at cost.

“We close the boiling room from 23 December to the first Monday after New Year. I still read urgent stock emails, but I do not promise sense until the kettle is back on.”
Christmas hamper orders should be booked by 20 October, with final dispatch no later than 12 December.
